Pick how you want to start.

Every account gets 10 advisor questions a month, free, so the only real question is whether that's enough. Here's what each plan adds, and what a claim check costs you on it.

No card for the free tier · Cancel a plan any time · An AI, never a lawyer

Choose a tier

Three numbers, four ways to start.

How many questions you get, how strong the model behind them is, and what a claim check costs you later. That is the entire difference between these. Everything else on Koala is free on every tier, including no tier at all.

About that price

What a claim check is, and why your plan changes what it costs.

The advisor explains the system in general. A claim check is the other thing: a one-time job where Koala reads the documents your insurer actually sent you, benchmarks the offer, and drafts your response. It is a separate purchase ($25 on its own), and a plan discounts it, down to nothing on Gold.

The price moves. The product does not. Every claim check runs the same pipeline on the same model and produces the same report, whatever you paid for it. Nobody gets a weaker read on their own money for having been on a cheaper plan.

Before you pick.

  • Free is a real tier.

10 questions a month, refreshed on the 1st, on every account. Not a trial, not a countdown: it does not expire, and it never asks for a card.

  • You can change your mind.

Start free and upgrade when 10 a month stops being enough. Start on a plan and cancel it. Nothing here is a door that locks behind you.

  • Koala sells no policy.

No carrier pays us anything, and the advisor will never name one to buy from. Your plan is the only thing Koala earns from, which is the only reason the answer can just be the answer.

Want the long version first? What the advisor will and won't answer, how to ask it a good question, or the full plan comparison.

Learn it now, not in the car park.

Most people meet their policy properly for the first time on the worst day of their year. This is the cheaper way to do it.
